What makes one person more motivated than another?

These are 4 factors that come into play and are sure to bring you a "motivational rx" (well, at least you will understand yourself a little better!):

1) Part of the issue comes in the form of ones level of interest.
2) Next is the WIIFM acronym or "What's in it For Me"
3) The level of gratification involved in the desired outcome.
4) The amount of pain or discomfort in the alternative outcome.
